想要更新目前獸醫領域對白內障手術的態度、

相關的研究人員專注的主題是什麼、

另外就是動物用人工水晶體的研究到什麼程度。

使用的Review文獻是

然後從Reference選出較重要或有興趣的相關文獻，

準備在下週做更進一步的詳細閱讀。

n   文獻都已輸入Endnote / Vet Cata Trend

n   2003年以前，大部分研究都專注在Phaco後併發症發生的狀況、以及如何去控制併發症；

n   2004年後開始出現IOLs的研究文獻，包括用ultrasound和ERG去評估術後曲光狀態、正視矯正的效果，還有雷射後囊切割對動物用人工水晶體的傷害及新的人工水晶體固定術。另外韓國研究團隊已經開始在臨床上廣泛放置人工水晶體。關於PCO的研究不多，主要是針對糖尿病/非糖尿病患者在做比對研究。

n   未來想要對動物用人工水晶體的材質和設計有更詳細的瞭解。
